Presenting the 2026 HSCF President's Rifle! This one-of-a-kind firearm, commissioned by 2025-2026 HSCF President Jeff Garrett, could be yours! Presenting the Chapuis Elan Side-by-Side Double Rifle , African, with sideplates and a manual safety chambered in .470 Nitro Express. Interchangeable barrels (27.5") and a forend complete this package to transform this firearm into a 12G shotgun. You can hunt big game and birds on the same trip with this firearm. The engraving features African Dangerous Game on the sides, the HSCF Logo and “2026 President’s Rifle” on the bottom of the action. The stock is made from 4-Star Circassian (Turkish) walnut, with a hand-checkered German cheekpiece. The barrel is 24” complete with multiple sights: 1, standing, 3 folding express and a front blade and flip-up night sight. The rifle accepts Recknagel Mounts and has a Red Dot adaptor. This package is completed with an upgraded “Artisan” case for the 2-barrel set.
